By indicating that you accept the Exclusion of Liability and Indemnity, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound to the terms and conditions of the Exclusion of Liability and Indemnity applicable to all Bike park and Pump track guests, estate guests and all activities hosted by Blaauwklippen or 3rd parties on the estate.
